TOO MUCH BACKSPIN

Question:

I seem to be having a lot of backspin on my throws, even when I adjust my fingers (raise thumb and/or lower front fingers). I am curious if I may be using too much force to deliver my dice and that this may be the cause of too much backspin.

Too much backspin usually derives from too much wrist flip, of which you don't really need very much at all!!
